I’m Sally Henley, founder of Fearless Edge.

After more than 20 years in the fitness industry, I have seen the same pattern again and again.

Women come in thinking they just need to get fitter, stronger or more disciplined. But underneath that, they are exhausted from years of being the one everyone relies on.

Their bodies are carrying the stress, tension and pressure they have been ignoring for too long.
