I’m Sally Henley, founder of Fearless Edge and an experienced personal trainer with over 20 years in the fitness industry.
My coaching style is strong, but never intimidating.
Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients get stronger, move better, improve their technique, and feel more confident in their bodies.
My approach is supportive, practical, and focused on helping you train safely and effectively. Whether you’re brand new to strength training, returning after a break, or wanting to rebuild your confidence, I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you move forward.

No. Personal training is designed to meet you where you are. You do not need to be fit, strong, or confident before beginning.
Sessions are held in Heidelberg, Melbourne.
That’s completely normal. The sessions are supportive, guided, and designed to help you feel comfortable and confident.
After your first two sessions, we’ll talk through the best next step based on your goals, availability, and what support you need.
In most cases, yes. Sessions are adapted to your body and your needs. If needed, you may be asked to get clearance from a health professional before starting.
